I am a private landlord and I am looking for a group of tenants for my two houses which are about ready from a major refurbishment. The rent will be reduced if you are a ready made group of tenants who can take a whole house and rent. The first house is available from 10/7/2019 and the second house from 15/7/2019. You can form your own group to take up (6 with mixed singles and couples so maximum for each house is 8 people) to take up a house to rent. I am happy to even negotiate a rent bonus for you if you introduce further tenants to us.. I manage my own properties so there is no extra fees involved and all are very flexible and negotiable. . Each house has 6/7 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens with plenty of space for living and dining areas, and a separate toilet, front off street parking for 2 cars each and a lovely back garden and both houses are next to one another. They are in a small private estate minutes walk from Denmark Hill area. Trains overground and rail get you into Central London (Victoria in less than 12 minutes) and Shoreditch, Hackney in less than 15 minutes. Plenty of buses to Elephant and Castle, etc, so do check it out. RENT IS NEGOTIABLE and you can rent a room for yourself or gather a group of friends to take up one house. Each house rent I want is £5250 rent per month excluding of bills. but can agree a rent for inclusive too as you are dealing direct with me as your landlord and not agent..   We will provide the white goods and flexible on other furniture and it is all negotiable. Each room will have fitted wardrobes and some rooms are larger than others but they are all bright and cosy. Rent for double room is £900/£850/£750 a month dependent on the sizes, and for the ensuite bathroom loft is £975 a month excluding bills and excludes council tax as these are shared between all room in proportions. We welcome families too if they form two families to share the whole house.
