I am a private landlord so there is no fees involved and I will be looking after my own tenants so you have direct support and all issues with any disrepair are dealt with quicker.  We have just totally finished refurbished 6 bedroom house in a beautiful Denmark Hill area is ready for let IMMEDIATELY. Each bedroom is large and bright with brand new wardrobes and brand new faux leather double bed and brand new carpet, curtains too.  The house has three bathrooms, one within the en suite beautiful really large loft room, a separate toilet plus two kitchens with dining space and a through cosy lounge.  There is a really lovely cobbled back garden with plenty of space to enjoy summer activities and a front garden with two off street parking spaces to which if you do not use any car then the parking slots can be let to the hospital staffs at Kings College Hospital as we are just across the road.  Or of course keep it all to yourself or your own visitor to use.  Each kitchen is equipped with all brand new kitchen appliances (toaster, oven, microwave, kettles), 2 washing machines, dryer and plenty of fridge freezers and plenty of kitchen cupboards for all your cooking equipment and food.  
We would welcome a group of 6 working professionals or a mixed couple and singles tenants up to 7 or 8, or a large family who wants the whole house for themselves to share and enjoy. Or of course two small families to share the whole house.  Long term renters is really our preference.  We welcome tenants with your own furniture too.  Rent is negotiable but I am asking for £5,000 a month for the whole house and this is exclusive of bills (council tax is £2090 a  year and bills is around £50 to £75 per person but less in a group situation).  NO AGENT PLEASE and NO SUBLETTING AGENT as I am managing my own property to have some little income for myself.
