Our lovely family home is up for rent. We are looking for long term tenants who will love and look after this beautiful Victorian terrace as much as we have. 
We live in a lovely friendly road, which is perfect for young families, within easy walking distance of Penge High Street and the very popular Crystal Palace Park. You can also jump on the 176 which will take you to Lordship Lane.
Commuters will find they are 5 minutes walk from Penge East (Blackfriars and Victoria) and Penge West (London Overground and London Bridge) so there is easy access to both the City and Canary Wharf.
Some of Penge is subject to CPZ, but thankfully not our road, so we have found we are always able to park.
The house has 4 bedrooms and a small sun trap of a garden complete with a little greenhouse for the plant lovers. It has recently been renovated with underfloor heating in the kitchen, Fired Earth wet room and bathroom, and beautiful wood floor in the sitting room/study and a log burning fire and floor to ceiling velvet curtains.
We are huge pet lovers, so are more than happy for you to bring the family dog/cat/bunny/whatever! Smokers are fine so long as they don't do it in the house. 
We are not a "professional" landlords, and are friendly and easy to contact if you have any maintenance issues to deal with.
While the property is advertised as unfurnished, we do have two fantastic White Company kids high sleeper beds if you'd like them, and white goods come with the house including a dishwasher, beautiful range cooker with gas hob, Smeg fridge/freezer and Bosch washing machine.
We are flexible about moving in dates, but discerning about the quality of tenants to occupy our family home.
