Although this property consists of 4 bedrooms, there is a couple living here at present and we will not take more than just One more lodger to insure and maintain high house keeping standard. There will be a total 3 lodgers in this house. 
This is a non-smoking property, however smoking is allowed in the back garden. 
It is a Clean and tidy room and house, very roomy. 

The major amenities (eg. Sainsbury's, Tesco, Asda) and town centre are all within walking distance.
