Our lovingly renovated family home is available for short-term rent from January 2019. It has four bedrooms, including one with en-suite, a large reception area, new kitchen looking onto a patio, new windows and a low maintenance back garden. The entire house has been recently renovated and painted. 
The house is right next to Peckham Rye park (a 2 minute walk away) and the wilds of Nunhead Cemetery and the Ivyhouse and Waverley Arms pubs. It is very close to the 343, 484 and p12  bus routes and in walking distance to Crofton Park, Honor Oak, Brockley and Nunhead train stations. The amenities of East Dulwich and Peckham are a short 5 minute bus ride away/20 minute walk away.
It would suit a small family needing to relocate for a short-period of time for building works or similar. 
FurnishingsThe house is semi-furnished and has two built in wardrobes as well as inbuilt storage under the stairs and in both bathrooms. Most of the items in the pictures will be in the house when rented (except for the beds and sofa).
Length of term
We would consider any short-term rental terms beyond 2 months but are ideally looking for someone to take it for about 3-4 months.
