The local area:

The home is within walking distance of a number of excellent restaurants, great pubs with food, a cheesemongers, butchers, fishmonger, patisserie, boulangerie, enoteca and the best greengrocer in London! People come from miles around to this local - I am going to miss this so much… My personal restaurant favourites are Tangallan - for awesome quirky tapas, Primeur described by The Telegraph as “truly a one-off, its neighbourhood vibe pretentious from a distance, but up close, and after liqueur, is enough to make one move to the neighbourhood” has an eclectic menu with loads of yummy fish options. They have just opened a casual eatery on the Green that has truly epic coffee and pastries. Trattoria Sapori uses great Pugalise ingredients to make pasta dishes and the entoteca next door (owned by the same people) has blinding organic wine and italian hams. The Cellars bar, about 100m from the house, has a great wine list and one of the best burgers I have tasted, my husband would also recommend this for its ale choices and Sunday lunch. A new Swiss cheese shop has just opened and has some of the best cheese I have tasted outside of Switzerland (we used to live there). All of the above are within 200m of the house - go further and it opens up many many more options.

Having said all that this is a home to be lived in and not just looked at and we want however rents this place to truly feel at home.
