The apartment comes with multiple sofas, two flat screen TVs and plenty of space for all guests to relax. On the same floor, guests will have a spacious and bright living room area with multiple sofas and 2 flat screen TVs. This space opens up directly to the private garden, ideal to enjoy warm weather days. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor and one on the second floor. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed, plenty of storage space and an en suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom features a double bedroom comfortably sleeping 2 guests. There is also an additional bathroom with bathtub and shower on this floor for added convenience. The third bedroom features a single bed and a funny setup with a small porthole window ideal for kids. The home also has high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done. The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked, typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
