The property

The area

Transport links
The maisonette is just two minutes' walk from Kennington Underground station, from which two branches of the Northern Line provide easy access to Waterloo (2 minutes), the West End (Charing Cross in 5 minutes) and the City (Bank in 6 minutes). The extension of the Northern Line to Battersea is due to open in 2021, at which point Kennington (currently in Zone 2) will be reassigned as Zones 1 and 2.
