The space

As you enter from the street you go up 2 flights of stairs to the Oak flat door. The communal parts are freshly renovated and give off that old world feel, synonymous with Soho and Fitzrovia. Once into the flat, you are struck by the contrasting decor, chic and contemporary, with all mod cons. The corner kitchen has solid granite surfaces with intelligently designed units making the most of the space.

The living area has a new corner sofa installed, which doubles as a very comfortable bed (for extra guests if required), with a very clever coffee table in front that transforms to provide dining facilities. Plenty of light floods this room and it makes for a useful conference room for business meetings or just family get together's...Large screen TV mounted on the wall...

On the same floor there is a double bedroom, that has a window looking south away from the road with a pretty view over the backs of the surrounding houses. Ample storage for clothes are provided in here, and some chic Scandinavian design pieces are dotted around to make you (Email Removed After Let) TV on walls as well.

Up one floor, we have a double bedroom with views North over quiet Windmill street, with plenty of morning light and more storage. This room benefits from a quiet reading corner and again a mounted TV.

The third bedroom is above the first, so has same views and similar set-up, but also has a quiet desk for working at with nice views south east. TV also included, and ample storage again.

The floor has a single toilet, mirror, cabinet and wash basin at one end of the corridor and a bathroom at the other end with shower bath and toilet...

We've recently bought tower fans for each of the bedrooms and one for the living room, so if you are lucky enough to experience a very hot day in London you should stay cool in the evenings.

Furniture can be rearranged to make into 2 bed with the current third bedroom switched into another reception room.
