The flat is ideally located and modern. The flat has 1 modern bathroom, 3 bedrooms and a communal dining area in the kitchen.
There is a bus stop just outside and the tube station is a 10-15 mins walk away. There is a Waitrose and coffee shops 2 mins walk from the flat. There is a large park outside which is seen from the front facing bedrooms, which get plenty of light.
I am ideally looking for a group of 3 to rent out the flat as a whole, however would consider renting out the rooms individually. This would be ideal for professionals working in the hospital or students studying at Imperial (happy to let as a 3 bed for students). Bills would not be included.
