We are moving abroad, and will be letting out our beautifully appointed, bright, spacious, and recently redecorated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2-story flat. The flat is just 8 minutes from Hither Green Station and with beautiful red bricks and a privacy hedge, the flat has a great curb appeal.


On the ground level, you enter the property through a shared hallway. You have the first half of the hallway to store outdoor equipment such as bikes and scooters.  You then immediately walk up to the middle floor of a Victorian conversion. Beautiful original and reclaimed wood flooring is laid throughout, and the entire flat was redecorated after we converted the loft in 2019. A mega-flow water system was also installed in 2019 so the water pressure is fantastic and you never run out of hot water!


On the first floor, you have a good-sized built-in kitchen, with a new built-in dishwasher and washer/dryer, and lots of storage. Currently adding to the storage is a beautiful Welsh dresser; arrangements could be made to keep this. Next to the kitchen is a small double room; we use this as a child's bedroom but it could also be used as an office or a bedroom for a single professional. Please note this bedroom is only about 2.4m x 2.8m and does not have any built in storage. It is however very bright. 

You then have the first of two bathrooms, which is beautifully decorated and has a bath, double-headed shower, built-in shelving, and a huge storage cupboard. You then have a second bedroom, which easily fits a kingsized bed, and has lots of storage space- including two sets of built-in shelves, a triple built-in wardrobe, and a double-breasted cupboard with two drawers. You then have your huge, bright lounge/diner which again is replete with tasteful built-in storage and has plantation shutters and stunning light fixtures installed. If interested, we are happy to discuss including the sofas in this room, as they were chosen specifically for the space.


Up a natural wooden staircase, you find the master bedroom and ensuite, in a beautiful, bright, and spacious loft conversion. The room currently has a king-sized bed but could easily fit a superking. Stunning Tala dimmer lights are built-in, as is overhead lighting. There is a small storage cupboard, a 7-span set of wardrobes, and under-eave storage built-in to this room. It is laid with reclaimed floors. Attached to the suite is a small but beautifully decorated and very comfortable shower room, again with built-in shelving and Tala lights installed.


Overall the flat is bright, spacious, and feels very homey. There is no garden, but there are three beautiful parks within easy walking distance. The neighbours are just lovely and Hither Green is a great community.


Trains from Hither Green run into London regularly, either on the Charing Cross or Cannon St lines, as well as out into Bromley and Kent. You are a stone's throw away from Hither Green Lane, with regular bus services, a small coop and newsagents, dry cleaners, two amazing local cafes, a florist, and a few really good takeaway food places. You can walk into Central Lewisham in about 15 minutes, to Ladywell Park in about 10 minutes, to Mountsfield Park in 3 minutes, to Manor Park in 10 minutes, to Manor House Gardens in 15 minutes, and to Hither Green Village in ten minutes. We are in the catchment area for two outstanding primary schools, and within easy walking distance of Trinity Secondary School.


The flat would suit a small family, a group of working professionals, or a couple. We are looking for long-term tenants who will appreciate our beautifully presented flat.
