The flat is on a really quiet street. Well-lit and opposite an old person's home so very peaceful but also very safe. I walked home at night for 4 years when I lived in the flat and never felt uneasy.
The flat is a 5 minute walk to a huge Sainsbury's, and one minute more to get to Southfields Shopping Centre which includes all high street shops (Gap, H&M, Primark, Top Shop, Boots etc), a Waitrose, a great multiplex Cineworld, Debenham's, a Gym with a pool and a selection of restaurants and coffee shops (Wagamama, Byron, Pret, Planet Organic, GBK, McDonald's...). There are lots of independent salons, pubs, restaurants and coffee shops nearby too. There's also a council gym, Paddington Gym and PureGym really close by plus a Local Motion above the Planet Organic.

The property is also about a 10 minute walk to Wandsworth Town station, 15 minutes to Earlsfield station or a 5 minute walk to regular buses to Clapham Junction that take 7-15 minutes depending on traffic (also buses to Putney, Wimbledon, Richmond, Tooting, Hammersmith and Kensal Rise).
It's also a 10 minute walk (or less) to the Santander Bikes (from there only 25 minutes to cycle to Victoria along mostly cycle paths).
By public transport it's approximately 40 minutes from door to Oxford Circus station.
