THE FLAT
The flat is furnished with lots of cupboard, wardrobe and bookshelf space. Two of the rooms have desks so good for students or those who work from home. Living room has a dining room table with chairs so can host dinner parties as well as a sofa bed for having guests round to stay. All beds have under bed storage as well and huge wardrobes. Kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, toaster & kettle and if you want can come with saucepans/crockery included. There is a balcony and natural wood floors throughout except for tiles in kitchen and bathroom. It has all the mod cons and lots of space/light.

VIBE
The flat is a peaceful refuge at the end of the day but also a place for having friends round if you like (there is a sofa bed in the living room if your friends need to crash after a night out in Brixton). The balcony has an area to plant flowers and garden furniture so you can sit and have breakfast or a nightcap so is a nice place to relax. All of the tenants are moving out at the same time (no reason given - just moving on after being there for two years) so would be a perfect time for a group of friends who want to live together to move in together.

CONNECTIONS
5 mins walk from Streatham Hill Rail Station and bus stops serving many different routes including Kings Cross, Brixton (20mins by bus), Croydon, Wimbledon, Banstead, Kingston, Dulwich. By overground it's 20mins to Victoria, and 35 mins total to Oxford Circus via Victoria or Brixton. 20mins walk to both Tooting Bec Common and Streatham Common. 10 mins walking distance of main Streatham High Street amenities: shops, various supermarkets, Nightclubs, bars, restaurants, leisure centres, Odeon, ice-skating and a 24hr Tesco Supermarket.

MANAGEMENT/MAINTENANCE/LANDLORD
I'm a BBC journalist who used to live in the flat first with friends, then as a live-in landlady, and I've since moved out about a year ago to live with my partner. I signed up with Dexter's at the beginning of the year who manage the flat which means I pay for inventory check ins and check outs and the flat is professionally cleaned before move-in (which means tenants have to pay for deep clean when checking out). Having a management company look after the property means you have 24/7 assistance with maintenance and any emergencies. Dexter's also provide deposit protection and will inform you of your rights. 

IDEAL TENANTS
Ideal tenants would be three single professionals looking to stay in the flat for a minimum of 6 months to a maximum of 2 years. My previous tenants stayed 2 years and loved the place. I used to live in the flat and am still very fond of it so I expect it to be treated as a home and as such it has lovely touches and is well maintained. The best fit for this would be 3 friends or couples wanting to live together or three people (2 friends and one other, or three individuals) buddying up.
