2 bedroom house in Aldgate East - close to Brick Lane. 750 sqft internal space + terrace, £2700/month. Our mews is really quiet, close to all transport and supermarket etc all within 2 to 4 blocks walking (2 to 4 minutes walking).

The first bedroom is large & has a king size bed. The lounge room is so big I'm going to make it into a lounge room / bedroom & this bedroom can have either 2 single beds or a king size bed in it (I have either option ready to install). The pictures currently show a large black dining table but this will be removed to make space for either a king size bed or 2 x single beds.

Bills are roughly £100 per person but seeing as this set up could do 2 to 4 people we can fine tweak the bills once we know how many are moving in. I live in the basement with my own separate entrance & the only shared area is the basement laundry which has the washing machine & dryer.

I'm Aussie, super easy going, and looking for easy going nice tenants.
