We offer for rent (all bills and expenses included, minimum of 2 months - no maximum) our lovingly renovated house in Stratford, E15. The house is perfectly located on a peaceful, residential road yet a stone's throw from the fast-paced life of the city.

The property is only a 10 minute walk to Stratford main station (Central line/Jubilee line/DLR/TFL/Overground), Stratford High Street (DLR) is an 8 minute walk and Stratford International high speed train is a 15 min walk.

The property is fully furnished and comprises of 2 double bedrooms, a bright open plan kitchen (fully equipped) and living area, 2 x double bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a bath/shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin, and a small paved garden (no grass cutting!). The kitchen and bathroom have underfloor heating.

We have high speed internet connection via WiFi, TV with 220 channels including all the Entertainment Picks- BT Sport and top Sky channels. The property must be rented as a whole - we cannot rent individual rooms.

We are searching for professionals or young families who require a medium / long term base.
Unfortunately we cannot accept pets.
