flat is real nice and not the usual cheap buy to let. All new, it has been refurbished not long ago with the idea for me to live in for long time. No cheap materials or dodgy showers and dirty carpets etc..all high standards! Very good to access both east Dulwich and Peckham rye station. only 2 blocks away from the park and supermarket, post office, cafe etc or few min from lordship lane with bars restaurants shops cinema etc etc.

Looking for someone serious, reliable as i am, for long terms.
Not here to squeeze anyone in the long run but want you to be happy , as i am, in this flat and stay as long as possible

I can be flexible with moving in dates but sometime in April from 1st to 31st is best for me
Parking is free outside
For those with bikes there is no space atm to store them but I m waiting for 2 cyclehoop spaces in few locations short distance from my post code (all within 10 min walk). Not sure how long it takes though but hope soon!
