Hello,

We are very sadly moving out of our house in Wimbledon due to a change in work location. It is a lovely 2 bedroom terrace property with big back garden, as well as a separate lounge, dining room and kitchen. Our house is located near a park in a quiet street close to public transport. It is on the train line, however, there is very little road and train noise.

The house is owned by a lovely private landlord who deals with the day to day responsibilities, hence why the property is on Openrent. However, he does use a local agency for the contract side of things but that is all.

Start date is ideally the beginning of August, however, we can likely be a bit flexible with dates. We are looking for two people to take on the rest of our lease which has 9 months remaining and can obviously be extended if you would like. The furniture in the house is ours and will be moving with us, however, we have quite a lot so there may be some conversations to be had about particular bits and pieces if you would like to keep them.

Upstairs – There is one very large double bedroom, the width of the house, and a second smaller double bedroom which overlooks the back garden. Both double bedrooms have built in wardrobes with plenty of storage, carpeted flooring and central heating. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, two huge cupboards and overlooks the back garden.

Downstairs – All of the separate living spaces are downstairs. There is a big living room with a gas fireplace at the front and a separate large dining room which leads into the back kitchen which looks over the back garden.

Location:

Haydon’s Road station is a minute walk away and leads into Wimbledon or into London. There is also a bus stop at the end of the street for buses into Wimbledon (approx. 4 min bus journey). The house is a 15 minute walk to Wimbledon station (national rail and district line), or 15 minute walk to Colliers Wood/South Wimbledon (northern line).
