There is secure underground parking with own space (worth but included) £100/month and remote access to the garage door. There is also an intercom system entry to the building. If you do not have a car or need a space other neighbours in the building are often keen to rent the parking space but this would be also at your discretion).
This isn't suitable as a party flat as we try and keep the noise down at night/early mornings to respect our neighbours, especially at this time. It is great for at home working as there are many different work stations and lots of natural day light.
