Note: There is construction work going on in the neighbourhood, so the price is discounted to reflect this (the previous annual rent was £850 per week excluding bills).  I am happy to offer a trial rentals on an all-inclusive basis to ensure you are happy.  This can then be extended to 6 months or more - eg 1, 2 or 3 years plus.

* The flat is initially let INCLUSIVE of ALL BILLS (eg Council Tax, Water Rates, Electricity, TV Licence and FREE WiFi Internet); to be paid on an "as used" basis by separate arrangement, so you do not have the hassle of taking them over and then closing the accounts, plus
* FREE weekly or monthly maid and laundry service (as I do not wish to lose my lovely cleaning lady!)
