I'm looking for reliable, house-proud professionals for my lovely flat.  It is the top two floors of a Victorian house in Plumstead. I have owned it since 1999 and in the first ten years have renovated it from top to bottom. 
Please note, the property is not available to families with children.

This is a house for wood lovers - elm floors throughout and stripped pine doors. 

The kitchen is a cook's dream - Habitat beech units, terracotta tiled floor, 6-ring Smeg double oven cooker and great ergonomics. The backdoor opens onto the balcony which gets the morning sun.

The bathroom is spacious with a double-ended bath and separate shower. It has underfloor heating.

There is a live fire place in the upstairs front room. I lived in it as a one-bed house with living room upstairs front (the largest room) and downstairs front as the dining room. The current tenants have kept this configuration.

The house is warm (double-glazed throughout) and cheap to run.

I am letting it unfurnished (it comes with a washing machine and larder fridge).
There is no CPZ, so parking in front of the house is unproblematic. The immediate neighbours are good and all owner-occupiers.

Commuting (Zone 3) isn't bad - Plumstead Station is 5 minutes down the hill and 25ish minutes to London Bridge (until Crossrail finally opens at Woolwich Arsenal). The neighbourhood is well-served with buses.
