This makes it extremely well located for transport links 11min walk to Sydenham (London) which has the overground to East London (20mins Shoreditch) and direct trains to London Bridge 20mins;it is a 6min walk to Penge East which gives access to Brixton in 15 mins and Victoria in 18mins and St Pancras in 35mins.  The flat is a 20 minute walk to Crystal Palace Park which is beautiful, complete with dinosaurs, a small pedalo boating lake and Park Run!

There are 3 other smaller parks that are closer to the house within a 5 minute walk.

We will be sad to leave our beautiful home but are relocating to Bristol. We are looking for some one to take care of our flat like it is their own. 

Rent includes council tax and water only. We will leave the sofa bed in the lounge as sofas are very hard to fit down the staircase to the front door. This makes a very good second bedroom for guests, as does the smaller back bedroom.

Pets are considered, there is a cat flap to the back garden.
