2 Bed Flat, Uxbridge Rd, W12

The flat is very light and and comfortable. Relax in the roll top bath after a long day at work or sit out in the large private garden and enjoy a cool drink on a summers day. The flat is the perfect place to unwind. 

The main bedroom is at the back of the flat and overlooks the garden with two large glass doors, which lead onto a winter Garden and second (Email Removed After Let) flat has a very large bathroom with a two person walk in shower, roll top bath and double sinks.

There is a large comfortable living room that overlooks the garden, with a big soft sofa, armchairs and lights on dimmer switches. As the lounge is at the back of the house and the garden is south facing it is very bright and sunny. 

The flat has a large eat in kitchen with a Range Master cooker, Belfast sink, fridge with filtered water/ice maker,  and integrated dishwasher. Its a lovely kitchen to just sit and relax in. There is a separate utility room with a 11kg washing machine and built in Tumble dryer. 

The Garden is around 70ft/15 metres and on sunny days is a lovely place to sit and watch all the birds and wildlife. a gardener will come in once a month to look after the garden, so you don't need to

The NEIGHBOURHOOD:

Shepherd's Bush is a really vibrant, young, multi-cultural, neighbourhood. It has lots of cool new bars and restaurants popping up all along the Uxbridge Rd, including Bush Hall, an amazing music venue, which has hosted everyone from Amy Winehouse to The Kings Of Leon. It has recently opened a restaurant Bush Dining Rooms.

The O2 Empire is a lovely intimate venue with people like, Katy Perry, Beyonce and now Iggy Azalea performing. Just a mere 4 minute walk from our flat is one of Europe's largest shopping centres, Westfield, it has everything from TopShop to Tiffany's and can easily keep you busy for a whole day. There is a 12-screen cinema and tons of restaurants, we keep a little book at the flat of our favourites. Wahaca is one of our current favourites, Mexican street Food bought to you by Thomasina Meirs one of the winners of MasterChef.

Shepherds also has a legendary market, famous for its fabrics, fresh food stalls and the falafel king - a new pop up market is due to launch this year, which should be very exciting.

Shepherds Bush is always busy so there are always people around and as we live on the main road very close to the tube, it feels very safe. As a extra bonus, the police station is almost opposite our flat.

The local shops are also open late which is great when you realise you have run out of milk (Email Removed After Let) are also very close to lots of nice parks and the river for those that enjoy walking.

There is certainly plenty to keep you busy!

TRANSPORT:

Our flat is based in Shepherd's Bush and is around 4 minutes to the closest tube, Shepherds Bush Market on the Hammersmith and City line. Or a 10-minute walk to Central Line and Overground.

Tube lines that run from Shepherds are the CENTRAL LINE, THE HAMMERSMITH & CITY LINE and THE CIRCLE LINE.

There is also the Overground which is just next to the central line, which makes it very easy to get to Gatwick, Brighton, Luton. So getting here from the airports is very easy, Heathrow is just a short ride away on the Piccadilly line which runs to Hammersmith.

Portobello/Notting hill Gate are a few stops on the tube, but you can easily walk to both. Notting hill is around a twenty minute walk. Oxford Circus takes around 12 minutes on the tube.

For day trips you can walk to take to the top of Shepherds bush and take the Oxford Tube to Oxford or take the Overground train to Brighton, both lovely to visit.

If you are not a fan of the tube, there are numerous buses, so getting around is easy from here. We can advise on buses you can take, the bus to Oxford Circus takes around 25 minutes in outside peak hours. The Flat is situated in the perfect place to explore the city.
