Large and bright South-West facing flat, super-central in a new build block in Covent Garden, on quiet 4th floor overlooking rooftops, with a day-porter. It has its own balcony (with heater), planter boxes, a very high spec kitchen, and decent storage space!(very rare...). Also, all bills and included and a cleaner also! 

Over the last few years this has evolved from the ultimate bachelor pad (TV+surround, sonos, starlights in the shower...!) into a real family home. But alas with a 2.5 year old and a 14 week old, it is time to move out. 

One of the past AirBNB guests said "could be included in the LUXE list"....
Price is essentially all-in ie includes services, cleaner, internet/tv, and utilities (fair usage applies), etc. Otherwise, fully-furnished, with washer-dryer, dishwasher, lift, porter, etc. (NB It does not include parking)  
Looking for a tenant for at least a couple of months, but flexible if longer is sought (max 6-9m). 

• Strictly no professional re-letters/airbnb'ers/sub-letters as this is prohibited by the lease... only end-occupiers sought. 
• Strictly non-smoking, no loud parties, no pets, quiet neighbourhood etc.  

NB we have a lovely and amazing cleaner for ~2h every 2 weeks (included, has key), to water the planter boxes and do some general cleaning. Very keen this is maintained.
