Modernised, industrial style Flat in central London location (Shoreditch, Old Street)
This spacious and beautiful Flat lies in the heart of Central London, Shoreditch. the reason we're moving out is that we're moving to another country, otherwise we would definitely stay in this gorgeous place! The flat is unfurnished, but we do have a couple of things such as a bed and a TV that we would offer to leave in the apartment for a small price if wanted/needed.
Flat Quality

• The Flat is on the heart of Shoreditch, but it is a super quiet location, where you won't be disturbed by any Shoreditch Restaurant or Club noises at all. 
• You enter the apartment through a communal area between the different apartments (apartments A-F), which helps to isolate the apartment from any surrounding noise.
  
• The flat has a beautiful industrial flair due to the brick walls, at the same time all floors have renewed recently and add a lovely modern look and feel.
• The living, dining and kitchen area are one big open room.
• The two similar sized bedrooms as well as the bathroom come off a small hallway.

Public Transport & Location

• It's just a 7 minute walk away from Old Street Underground Station with access to the Northern and the Great Northern Line.
  
• It's a 9 minute walk from Liverpool Street Underground Station to many more Underground and National Rail Services.
• It will take you between 15-20 minutes to get to central locations such as London Bridge or Oxford Circus via Underground.

• There are many fantastic restaurants within 5-10 minute walking distance such as: Gloria, Pachamama, Dishoom, Smoking Goat, Andina, Flat Iron, Blacklock, Tapas Brindisa, Redemption Bar, Dinerama, Boxpark and many more.
• Bars are also just around the corner: Strongroom Bar, Be At One, Old Street Records, The Book Club, Happiness Forgets, Tonight Josephine, Trapeze Bar, Barrio, Floripa, Callooh Callay, the Hoxton and many more.
• Quick eats are right on your doorstep including: Pret A Manger, Itsu, Subway

• Gas and energy really depends or your personal use.
• Water has it's usual standard flat fee, which is around £20 per month.
• For broadband and TV we have installed Sky - both could be transferred from us if there is interest to have everything ready set up.
