Our 2 bedroom apartment besides Westminster will be available for short term let from January 4th. Stay in comfort in a centrally located 2 bedroom flat with everything you need to enjoy in central London (zone 1) and a few minutes walk from the Albert embankment (River thames)
The apartment is only available for 30 -90 days but these dates are flexible dependent on the tenant. The apartment is fully equipped, furnished and all bills will be included in the letting price. The apartment consists of 1 large double bedroom, 1 double bedroom, open living/diner and 1 bathroom. We are only a 10 minute walk from Big Ben, Waterloo and vauxhall station. 5 minute walk from Lambeth North. A very central location with many amenities close by. You have a Tesco and sainsburys superstore a 10 minute walk away.

The proposed tenant will need to provide ID, work contract and payslips, bank statements. You will need to prove a certain amount of earnings, deposit etc. 1 months deposit will be taken in advance and a tenancy agreement will be provided. There are no agency fees included.

The apartment would be suitable for small families, work groups/colleagues, international students or employees relocating from overseas.
(Students must provide a letter of enrollment which will be verified)
