Located in the award-winning Highbury Gardens development on Holloway Road. We're just a few minutes from Highbury and Islington tube station. Loads of lovely coffee shops nearby and upper Street is a five minute walk away. The flat is just five years old, so it's still in great condition and is very secure (three security doors get you into the flat).

The flat itself is away from the main road, so with windows wide open, all you can here is the birds tweeting - i'm not actually kidding - in the private car park to the rear.
