THE FLAT
This great looking East London apartment has one king sized and one smaller double bedroom, and one bathroom. The lounge is large and there's plenty of room for both a sofa area and table & chairs comfortably, as seen in the pics. Its nice and spacious for a London flat and provides a nice living area.
The kitchen is separate to the lounge and has many new appliances, incl microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine.There are two cupboards in the hall, one set up to hand winter coats, the other for storing household things (hoover, cleaning product and other stuff)

Its being let part furnished (double bed, georgian style closet, sofa, dining table and chairs); the other furniture belonging to the current tenants.

The flat itself is set back from the road behind some shops in a gated development, which helps the flat to hide from the noise. It also makes is much more secure.
There is parking for bikes in a shed, and a car parking space could be organised for an additional fee p/m.
The flat would suit a couple or two people sharing, 3 people is a push and I would only consider in exceptional circumstances.
Bills are not included in the price (except 30mbps internet which is included); If you are staying a short while, I can keep bills but we'll need to agree cost. Longer tenancies the bills need to go in your name :)

THE AREA
Many coffee shops on the doorstep, vegan options too.
Great local pubs on the doorstep - the closest local (The Marksman) voted Michelin's best pub in the country two years running; the Nelson, and then the Royal Oak on Columbia road; plus the Sager + Wilde for wine people.
Restaurants on the doorstep: The Laughing Heart, Morito, Hackney City Farm, White Cloud, and all those on Columbia road
Tonnes of other nice restaurants and drinking venues moments away in Broadway Market, along Hackney road, or in Shoreditch proper where there are tonnes.
Two supermarkets, a Co-op and Sainsbury's Local under 30 seconds away; organic wholefoods style store about 10mins walk away.

GETTING AROUND
Great transport links to everywhere.
Hoxton Overground station is the closest (5mins) and relatively quick to get anywhere if you don't fancy getting the bus.
3x buses stop outside and can take you to Old Street/Clerkenwell/Oxford Circus, Liverpool st/City, Waterloo and they are very regular.
Alternatively it isn't that far to walk to Old Street (Northern Line), Cambridge Heath, Bethnal Green (central line), Liverpool st (Central line)
