We are looking to rent out our lovely 2 bed 2 bath flat. It has been well maintained as this was our home and we are hoping to find someone who would enjoy it as much as we did and take good care of it.

The best features would probably be the spacious living room (flat itself is 886sqft/82.3sqm) and we love our south west facing terrace as we get the sun pretty much all the time (when it shows up). The flat is also facing the nature reserve with lots of green and water stream so it's really peaceful not to mention we have amazing neighbours.

Both our bedrooms have built in wardrobe and we also have one allocated gated parking space.

There's also a great residence gym (I believe you need to do an induction to be arranged with the management company).

Two tube lines are available within 10min walk, Park Royal (Piccadilly Line) and Hanger Lane (Central Line).

The flat comes furnished (beds, sofa, coffee table, dinning table, small garden table, washing machine, dishwasher). The flat is available to move in pretty much anytime after referencing.
