There is also an intercom system entry to the building. You just have to register your mobile number with the company as it will connected to your phone.
This isn't suitable as a party flat as we try and keep the noise down at all times to respect our neighbours. It is great for at home working as there is lots of natural day light throughout the flat.
If you work from home this place is ideal as it is very open, green and peaceful. You won't feel claustrophobic, just the opposite.
Ideally, this is suitable for a single person or couple - professionals, chilled with a love of plants to keep my plants alive - that would be ideal!
The flat is a 10 mins walk from Leyton tube station. In the area there is a bustling High Road Leyton, with Francis Road 5 mins away with organic shops, sushi restaurant, coffee shops, a bakery, a flower shop, a yoga studio, a record store, wine shops and deli etc. Arts area Hackney Wick is a stone's throw away. Also on the doorstep on nature reserves of Hackney Marshes, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Walthamstow Marshes and Epping Forest for nature walks, forests and the canals. For shopping, you'll get any of the high street shops, restaurants, cinema and more at Westfield Stratford.
There are many amenities within walking distance: several corner shops, Tesco express, B&Q (for DIY lovers), Sainsbury’s and a big ASDA. Also a couple of yoga studios.
