The flat is just 10 minutes walk from Borough or Elephant and Castle and 15 mins from London Bridge with great bus links practically past the front door. There is a gated car park next to the property though parking spaces have to be rented separately via the landowner (easily done and each flat has an allocated space). As you come in the apartment it's very light with double height ceilings and tall sash windows high enough that the view is mainly sky and the flat is not overlooked. It is really spacious for the price/area open with an oak floor, modern kitchen ( with large fridge/freezer and dishwasher) and large open-plan living area. The double-height ceiling allows for a mezzanine level with another two carpeted living areas; useful sizes for a study, storage or separate seating area. The bedrooms are up a spiral staircase, on the floor above the living area so not affected by noise in the living area.
