Locations such as Forest Hill, East Dulwich, Brockley, Peckham, Lewisham and Croydon are also short bus journeys away.

Just a one minute walk from the front door is Crystal Palace Park, which is home to a number of attractions including the famous Dinosaurs, a Sunday Market, pedalos, the national sports centre and the Bowl. The park also has a really friendly park run every Saturday. In short, there's absolutely no shortage of green space around with Sydenham and Dulwich Woods also just a 20 minute walk away.
The Crystal Palace Triangle is a short stroll up across the park where you will find plenty of great restaurants, pubs, bars and shops. Sydenham High Street is a short walk down the hill and also has a great mix of cafes, pubs and shops.
About us
We lived in this flat as a family before moving to the USA for work in 2022. As such this is the only property we own and rent out. We manage the property ourselves and are available at all hours to tenants (time difference has not been an issue to date!). We're proactive at fixing issues and enjoy a friendly relationship with our tenants, but also maintain a hands off approach when not needed.
