This is google data, you can double check easily. Moreover, you can walk to Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace, St James Park in 20-30 mins. Westminster and Vauxhall tube stations are walking distance. Lots of busses nearby. The area is safe and is very central. A convenience store is 100 meters away, a little Waitrose and a large Tesco are 10 mins walk away. A brand new Better gym facility with a swimming pool is 10 mins walk away.
