'We have been living at Flat 1, 69Belsize Park Gardens since September 2011, and have been extremely happy, bothin the flat and with the level of service and care provided by the Landlord. The flat is spacious and well-proportioned,with superb storage. Even the kitchen,although not large, has very well-designed storage capacities, and to oursurprise, we were able to fit most of our belongings in there, even though wehad moved from a much larger space in New York.
Very little has gone wrong in theflat, but whatever minor issues we have had with heating or plumbing has beenpromptly attended to by the Landlord who are friendly and helpful.
The flat is quiet and peaceful,and the outlook on to the gardens at the back is both pretty and restful, andwe have greatly enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and eating there in goodweather. We are sorry to be leaving.'
