Here are 3 THINGS PEOPLE LOVE about my flat:

1 - The LOCATION is simply amazing. You would be at the heart of everything and can walk everywhere around town from my place.

2 - The building has a lot of character. It's an imposing Mansion House built in the late 1800's. The bedroom feels SPACIOUS, the ceilings are high and it has a lot of natural light (rain or shine) because of its penthouse positioning. My home features ORIGINAL ARTWORK, A VERY COMFORTABLE UK KING-SIZE BED and the whole flat has recently been refurbished. The flat has SPECIAL CALM ENERGY which I nurture and try my best not to disturb.

3 - THE VIEW is awe-inspiring. One of the world's great churches - the iconic Westminster Abbey - is featured in the view.  An architectural masterpiece of the 13th-16th centuries, Westminster Abbey presents a unique pageant of British history – the shrine of St Edward the Confessor, the tombs of kings and queens, and countless memorials to the famous and the gr

The location is simply impossible to beat! You will be a short stroll away from all the key London landmarks and attractions:

***AWESOME TRANSPORT LINKS***

The flat is situated 5min walk from ST. JAMES'S PARK Tube Station (Circle and District lines) and 7min walk from WESTMINSTER Tube Station (Circle, District, Jubilee lines). VICTORIA Station - one of the biggest train, tube and bus stations in London - is only 10-12min walk away. VICTORIA station has access to three different tube lines: Victoria, Circle and District lines, Express trains to Gatwick airport and South West England, Coaches to all the main airports - Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted and Luton, also Trains and Coaches to many cities throughout England and Europe. I like taking Uber across town as well.

***THE NEIGHBOURHOOD***

The building is located within the Division Bell area of the House of Parliament, moments from Smiths Square. The Division Bell area is loosely defined by an 8-minute walking radius from the House of Commons. It got its name because many homes within its radius are equipped with bells to alert MPs to return to cast their votes at the end of long and tedious debates which they have decided to skip. The shops and amenities of Victoria, including the flagship House of Fraser department store, Cardinal Place Shopping Centre and the new restaurant quarters beneath the Nova building are also close by.
