It is suitable for a single person or couple, but not for sharing. It has an EPC rating of ‘D’ and all bills are included in the rental.   As it’s within my house it’s not suitable for ‘partying’ or ‘casual visitors’, for security reasons. It is not available for any form of sub-letting.

I do guided tours of the house and if convenient this involves a short visit to the top floor to show visitors the ‘secret room’, discovered during restoration work.
