King's Cross and the Angel tube stations are less than ten minutes walk and there are buses to the city at the bottom of the street.
It is a stylish, airy and modern space looking out onto a beautiful sunny three-tiered garden. There's also a small front garden patio with a bed. The back garden is a rare oasis that is extremely safe (it backs onto gardens which are inaccessible from the road) and free of noise and pollution - yet within walking distance from the city. There's a BBQ and big Tom Dixon concrete table to have meals outside with friends.
The whole flat has just been refurbished with real oak floors. There's some trendy furniture and artwork and I'd be happy to buy more shelving or kitchen equipment depending on the needs of my next tenant.
The open plan living room has a large sofa (which can be transformed into an occasional double guest bed) and an Eero Saarinen Tulip dining table. I have just planted lots of plants in the front and back gardens and hope to find tenants who like plants and are happy to water them. I have installed hoses so this is a quick and easy task - and to be honest this place is probably not for you unless you'd enjoy doing a bit of gardening.
I am really looking for lovely tenants who want to make this their home rather than a corporate let. In the past most of my tenants have ended up staying for two or three years. I live around the corner and have always been very quick to sort out any issues or repairs. Sorry but I am not able to consider short lets - you'll need to commit for a minimum of 12 months.
