I'm leaving my lovely 1 bedroom flat in the heart of Chelsea, at 2 mins walk from the beautiful Hollywood Road.
The flat is located on the top floor (third floor) of a very well maintained period conversion building (no lift). There are a total of 4 flats in the building and the building is all inhabited by working professionals. The flat looks on one side to Westgate Terrace and on the other side to a private garden so it is very quiet.
The flat includes an entrance (which I've now converted into a studio with my desk and pc since it has a large window with a lot of light), bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom.
More precisely:
- Bedroom: has plenty of storage and king size bed (mattress included)
- Living Room: comes with sofa bed, rug, coffee table, bookshelf, two side tables, dining table and chairs
- Kitchen: comes fully equipped with plenty of cutleries, plates, pans, etc. Microwave, washing machine, big fridge with freezer and kettle are also included
- Bathroom: comes with plenty of storage (including a large cupboard behind the door), bathtub
There is also a hoover and ironing board.
The flat has independent gas heating with a boiler that also heats hot water for the shower.
Bills are:
- Gas and electricity together: usually around 40£ per month which raise to £70 or less in the winter.
- Council Tax to Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea: £117 which can be reduced to £88 if alone.
The flat requires £1624.00 as a security deposit, it will be available from the 7th of August (to be agreed with the new tenant).
I'm looking for someone else to replace me in my existing contract which will end on 02 May 2022. After that, the new tenant will be able to agree on new terms.
It is required that the new tenant has good references (e.g. finance professional).
