The building

Being open with you – a few considerations to bear in mind:

• West Hill is a busy road. We have recently invested in secondary glazing for the top floor which has significantly reduced the noise plus shutters and a black out blind but have actually lived happily for more than 6 years without these. The other 4 flats are very friendly and personable – we have a WhatsApp group to sign for parcels/stay in touch which has been great

• It’s an old building, cozy with heaps of personality that is truly a home. Early on we had a small problem with damp that we have now eliminated by installing a ventiliation unit and a tumbledryer, and providing a dehumidifer to use as necessary.
