We have a lovely 1 bed flat in Kennington, just off of Cleaver Square. We have lived there for the last 10 years and renovated it when moved in. It has a brilliant shower, comfy bed and nice big living room.

We spending more and more time in Cambridge so am looking for someone to rent the flat for part of the week.

It is fully furnished and we will provide bed linen and towels.

Ideally looking for someone who wants to rent the flat from Monday-Wednesday so that it is available for to stay from Wednesday night until Monday morning but happy to discuss days.

The flat is in a great location for the city and super homely. It’s off the main road so really quiet. Would suit someone who needs to be in the city part time for work!

All bills are included.
