Who are we: We're the current tenants who have been here since 2016. The tenancies here have always been renewed in August, and we took over the last tenants midway through their contract. We are moving out of London on 28th September and need someone to take over our tenancy. Ideal for a couple or single occupant.
The agency and associated costs/bills:
The estate agent is Acquire Estate Agents based in Battersea. We are currently in a 2 year contract set at £1500 pcm (first of the month, no bills included) that started 01/08/2019. The deposit is 5 weeks rent (about £1875). We were here as graduate students so didn't pay council tax but I think the council tax for those working is around £125pcm (25% discount if single occupant). There is no break clause with this contract, so you can leave if you need to as long as you find replacement tenants. So, if you want security knowing you have a set monthly rent until July 2021, then this place would be good for you. Similarly if you need to leave for some reason after a few months, this should also be easy to do.
