As well as the great views of London you’ll enjoy through the apartment’s big windows, there’s another bonus when you stay here - you get access to a roof terrace that’s shared with other residents in the development (we put garden access in the amenities as it doesn't have a roof terrace feature in Operent). It’s a great place to escape to, from where you can enjoy even more spectacular views of London.

References required for stays more than 3 months. For stays less than 3 months, full payment will be required for the stay.

Utilities and council tax not included and will incur a further £200 per month charge on top of the rent payable.

DSS not accepted.

Damage Deposit required is 4 weeks and will be registered at the DPS.

To reserve the property you will need to pay 1 week non-refundable holding deposit via bank transfer or credit/debit card. We can also take payments at the viewing if you wish to reserve the property on the spot. Our assistant, Lazar, can take the payment over the phone.
