I've been living here for couple of years andthere was never any problem with the flat. All the appliances are new andworking well. Neighbours are quiet and respectful to each other. The best partis the area. It is one of the most beautifulneighbourhoods in London (quiet and safe). The tube and bus services are justone minute away from the flat. I wouldtotally recommend the flat, the Landlord and of course the area to anyoneinterested.
