It is a short walk from attractions including the London Eye and Houses of Parliament while Kennington and Vauxhall stations nearby offer quick and easy access to the City and Canary Wharf. Buses will take you to central London in no time.

It is very easy to park in the streets close to the flat.

You will find plenty of pubs around and I can recommend restaurants and coffee shops close by.

Supermarkets: Tesco Express is down the building, big Tesco is 7min walk away, Little Waitrose and Sainsbury local at Vauxhall station.

10min walk to Kennington station (Northern line)
15min walk to Vauxhall station (Victoria line, railway, buses)

Bank (the City): 20min - tube or bicycle
Canary Wharf: 30min - tube

This is a home; I will appreciate if you treat it with respect.
No smoking inside, no BBQ outside (or inside...), no pet, no laundry left to dry on the balcony.
Please be respectful of neighbors: they are quiet, no loud noise after 10pm.
It is best to take your shoes off in the flat. Strict no shoe policy in the bedroom (cream color carpet).
It would be great if you could water the olive tree once in a while.
