The flat comes fully furnished, and the kitchen is fully fitted with everything you need including a knife set and a Nespresso machine.

Council tax (band b), water, fibre broadband, gas and electricity bills will be in my name and I will recharge monthly. Longer lets can have bills move over to your name. These come to about £225-£250 depending on usage.
