We will shortly be leaving our home in Hither Green and are looking for someone to move in. 

It's a one bedroom, one bathroom split level flat directly opposite Mountsfield park. The garden is shared with one other flat, although the patio area is private.

You enter the flat on the 1st floor where there is a bathroom and generous master bedroom, downstairs there is a kitchen with built in dining area and a reception room leading out onto the private patio.

Further down the lawned garden there is a shed each for the flats. 

We are looking for someone to move in around mid October, the exact date can be negotiable for the right tenant. The property will be unfurnished but if you require certain pieces we can discuss this.

It's a really lovely area with great neighbours and a massive park just opposite.  Close to hither green station.
