The street is very nice and quiet and 5-minutes walk from Whipps Cross hospital and the beautiful Hollow Ponds, which is part of Epping Forest. Leytonstone tube station is about a 12-minute walk and it's about 15 minutes to the high street where there are nice pubs and restaurants. Leyton Midland road is under a 10-minute walk. Shops and cafes on Francis road are about 15 minutes walk away.

There is no garden, but we do have a communal area at the back which used to be parking but we had to fence off. Our downstairs neighbour is in the process of restoring a ping-pong table down there which you'd be welcome to use!
The flat is in a Victorian house which has been converted into 4 flats so the hall and staircase is communal. Our neighbours are very friendly and respectful and are long-term tenants.

We will consider quiet, well-behaved pets on a case-by-case basis. We are fairly flexible with move-in dates after 9th January.
