The living space has a large bay window at the front of the house and ample space for a sofa, table and chairs, shelving and even a small desk if required - this space has been configured in several different ways in the past according to the tenants' needs.

The flat comes furnished currently with a sofa, dining table and six chairs, as well as a double bed and wardrobe. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower over the bath, along with a sink and toilet. The bedroom is at the back of the house, and consequently very quiet. Application process

References / checks will be carried out. A holding deposit equivalent to one week's rent will be taken and, once the tenancy is agreed, a security deposit equivalent to five week's rent will be taken and held in a deposit protection scheme for the duration of the tenancy.
