You will have access to several supermarkets such as Sainsbury's (2min), large Tesco (5min) or Aldi (10min) as well as a range of bars and restaurants. 

Additional bars and restaurants can be found a short walk away inewisham, Hither Green, Honor Oak or Brockley.

Given the size of the property, only small pets will be allowed, subject to prior approval.

--Rent, Bills & Deposit--

The rent is £1,260 per month.

Bills, payable on top of the rent are estimated at £340 and cover council tax, TV licence, internet, water, electricity and heating. Note that we will adjust bills regularly to reflect water and energy actual consumption. 

We will also organise for a cleaner to attend fortnightly (covered by the rent).

We ask for a security deposit of £1,453.84 (5 weeks' rent), half when confirming the tenancy and signing contract, other half when moving in. The deposit will be secured with an official deposit scheme.
