Walkthrough:

The building has an entryphone system with a controlled access gate, front door and lobby door. There are two elevators servicing the lobby as well as a large and bright stairwell. The flat’s entrance has an area for storing shoes, coat hooks and a hat rail opposite the entryphone. The hallway then leads off to a roomy built-in storage cupboard, and to the double bedroom on the right.

The bedroom has a 2.5m wardrobe fitted with drawers and rails. Its floor to ceiling double window looking onto the balcony makes it an airy and bright space, but the blackout curtains keep the light out if you want to sleep in.
