Cosy and unique first floor one/two bed flat on the Progress Conservation Estate in Eltham available to rent.

Due to work relocation we are no longer able to stay in our flat (which we were very sad about!). We are looking for someone who is going to look after the flat well and treat it as their home. Young professionals would be well suited.
The flat is very unique as it is part of an old property converted to four flats. The inside is mainly open plan with a good sized lounge and fitted kitchen with electric oven/hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Currently in the living room it is a bit bare with just the sofa bed in it (see pictures for sofa bed - pictures taken last year when we were living in it) but we intend on buying a TV unit etc so that you won't necessarily need to bring any furniture. 

The bedroom is on a sort of mezzanine which feels very private and cosy. There's tonnes of storage with built in cupboards everywhere! Currently there is a solid oak bed frame in the bedroom, and we will buy a new double mattress for it. 

There is also a separate small room which could be used for a variety of things e.g. office. We always used it as our bike room (as you can see from pictures) but the current tenants use it for a walk in wardrobe. 

If you drive then there is private parking behind the flats. Space for three cars for the four flats and at the moment none of the other residents have a car so plenty of space. There is also free parking on the road.

There are many different public transport travel options from the flat. Eltham train station 10 mins walk away with direct links to London Bridge, Victoria, Charing Cross, Cannon Street and Waterloo. You can also get a 10-15 min bus to Woolwich to get the DLR (or Crossrail which opens at some point!). Alternatively, there is a 15-20 minute bus which will take you to North Greenwich. 

The current tenants move out on the 12 April and we intend on re-painting, deep cleaning the following week so would be ideal if you could view 19 or 21 April but let us know if that's inconvenient and we can try another time. Free to move in anytime from Easter Monday, 22 April 19.
